​Becoming a Chemistsavers® Club Member​
 

A person may become a member of ChemistSavers® by completing and returning this application form and receive a Chemistsavers®  Club card.  In applying for and/or using the Chemistsavers® Club card the person agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any variation to them from time to time.  Applicants must be of age 18 or above.  This program is managed and operated by TA & MC Tran Pty Ltd trading as Chemistsavers®  Westwood  ABN: 61 102 353 359. The Manager may refuse to accept an applicant as a Chemistsavers® Club member at their discretion.

​Earning Chemistsavers® Club Points​
 

The Chemistsavers® Club card can only be use by Members to earn one point for every dollar spent by presenting the card when purchasing non-prescription, non "Pharmacist Only", non clearance and/or non exempt products. "Clearance" and "Exempt products" will not earn any points when purchased and will be advised by the Manager. Members will be rewarded with a $5 voucher for every 100 points accumulated.   Bonus points maybe earned from time to time in relations to a Special Promotions which when applies will be notified by the Manager.  Points and/or vouchers as a result of fraud, dishonesty, errors, cancelled transactions, refunds or exchanges will be cancelled by Manager.   The Chemistsavers®  Club points do not have any monetary value and cannot be sold and/or transferred in accordance with these terms and conditions.  The Chemistsavers®  Club card is not a credit card and remains the property of TA & MC Tran Pty Ltd trading as ChemistSavers® Westwood.

​To Redeem Reward Voucher​
 

The voucher is only valid when activated.  Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.  The voucher is not transferrable for cash.  The whole voucher value must be use in one transaction on purchases on non-prescription and non "Pharmacist Only" products.  No change will be given. Products purchased using the voucher can only be exchanged for another item and must be of equal or more value.  No Refund will be issued.

Chemistsavers® Westwood respect your privacy. We will collect, store and use your personal information in accordance to the Privacy Act 1988. By becoming a Chemistsavers® Club Member you have consented the information provided to be solely used by Chemistsavers® Westwood for direct and other types of marketing, planning, product development, research and other purposes relating to Chemistsavers® Westwood.  On occasion Chemistsavers® Westwood may engage other agencies for marketing purposes, in this case your consent will be requested prior.

​Changes to Chemistsavers® Club Terms and Conditions​
 

Chemistsavers® Westwood reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions, Chemistsavers® Club and its benefit at anytime.  However Chemistsavers® will endeavour to give you advance notice of such changes on our website www.chemistsaversonline.com.au or instore.

Important Information
 

Chemistsavers® Club Card remains the property of Chemistsavers® Westwood.  All cards issued are the responsibility of the members.  Any lost or stolen cards may be replaced at a cost and all points previously accumulated will be lost.  Any vouchers issued remain the responsibility of the card holder and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
