Chemistsavers uses Australia Post for all deliveries.

 

All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and may require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a business address for delivery. In the situation where there is no-one home during business hours a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment and prescriptions have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

 

Please be sure to provide A CORRECT and valid address for delivery. Where an incorrect address has been provided by the purchaser, the purchaser will be required to pay a NEW SHIPPING FEE in-order for the order to be resent. Where the purchaser wishes to cancel an incorrect order a 10% handling fee will be deducted from total purchase price refund.

If your order is over 5kg, we will require the standard shipping payment of $8.99. Before we process your order we will contact you with the extra cost of shipping to arrange payment.

All other states 0-5 kgs $8.99 Over 5kgs – Australia Post Rates

The standard shipping payment of $8.50 is firstly payable. We will contact you before we process the order to let you know of the extra shipping charges based on locality. These charges are as per Australia Post and are charged at cost price.If your order is over 5kg, we will require the standard shipping payment of $8.99 ( + non-Adelaide Metro locality rate). Before we process your order we will contact you with the extra cost of shipping to arrange payment.
